They serve American cuisine for lunch and dinner, with daily specials and comfort food, and a full bar with a great selection of beer and cocktails. Weekly live music is played on Saturday nights. Balsam Lake Lodge - Restaurant

Frederic Golf Course
A public golf course with both 9 and 18-hole options featuring lush greens and rolling fairways suitable for both experienced and beginner golfers. Tee times may vary per season; see website for details. A winter simulator is also available for a minimum of 4 guests. Open 8 AM - 5 PM daily.
Gandy Dancer Trail Southern Segment
A trail that for 47 miles in Wisconsin through the communities of Centuria, Milltown, Luck, Frederic, Siren and Webster, ending in the town of Danbury at the Minnesota border. It has a level grade and a hard-packed crushed limestone surface, making it suitable for people of all abilities. Open for hiking and bicycling from April through November. From December to March, the trail is open to snowmobiles when conditions are favorable. A Wisconsin State Trail Pass is required for bicycling.
Coyland Creek
A hunting preserve and event venue that boasts 610 acres of hunting land with 6-8 bird hunting fields. It is open to the public and club members for small family and friend hunts. The venue also houses sporting clay courses and a clubhouse with a bar. Open on Friday at 1 PM - 8 PM & Saturday - Sunday from 9 AM - 6 PM.
McKenzie Creek State Wildlife Area
A 5,497-acre property that features a diverse landscape of rolling upland aspen, oak, and maple forest, lowland forest, trout streams, lakes, and tamarack/black spruce bog. Visitors can participate in a variety of activities, from fishing to hiking, birding, kayaking, and more.
Coon Lake Park
A large park that features a 54-acre lake with an undeveloped public shoreline next to 80 acres of community hardwood forest. It offers various recreational opportunities and natural attractions, and has boat access, a fishing pier, hiking trails, observation point, picnic areas, and more. Open Monday - Friday & Sunday from 6:30 AM - 10 PM, & Saturday from 7:30 AM - 10:30 PM.
Frederic Depot And Historical Museum
A significant landmark that brings the history of Frederic to life. The museum operates out of the 1901 Frederic Soo Line Depot, the last of its kind, which once served as a major commerce pipeline in the area. Open 11 AM - 3 PM daily.
